What a great session especially for February.

Arrived just before high tide and found that there was only just enough space to get the car into the estuary car park. The wind in the shaddow of the dunes looked a lot lighter than I had expected although further out it looked good so I went for a 6.4m and rigged up.

Had the whole estuary to myself and had a great blast. The wind soon filled in and out away from the dunes I was well overpowered and couldn't really make my gybes on the outside. Coming back in carrying the speed into the shelter of the dunes let me gybe on the inside ok and I made a few decent gybes.

I came in to change down to my 5.0m Impact and when I got back out found that I should have gone for a 4.5m but couldn't be bothered to change again so just held on until the water started to get too shallow.

Great session with some excellent speed runs.
